Why Choose Me?
I believe that a strong relationship between a therapist and client is the basis for therapeutic success. I create a safe and supportive environment from which individuals can define their goals, as well as the means by which they can be achieved. Tailoring each treatment plan to the specific individual and issues, I use a variety of integrative modalities including behavioral therapy, strengths-based and solution-focused techniques. With recognition of -- and a deep respect for -- the strong connection between mind and body, I infuse my work with mindfulness-based techniques to assist my clients in recognizing their own ability to create a reality that will lead to a satisfying and fulfilling life.
