integrative health coaching
A chronic illness or life transition can muddy what once felt like a rock-solid vision of your future. Integrative health coaching offers the opportunity to focus on what is important to you, and determine what might be standing between you and the life you want to lead. Together we can look at your values, determine what you would like your life to look like, and find the path to your rich, full and meaning-filled life.
Grief/Loss
Losing a loved one is never easy, whether through death, divorce or separation. And we live in a society that offers little support for the time it takes to truly grieve a loss. At these times, when it feels like nobody really understands how much this loss has affected you, it can be helpful to have some guidance. In a safe and therapeutic environment, there’s space for all the emotions that may come up, for as long as it takes. And together, we can find a way to heal.
